Naftali Mastboim

Founded CBS in 1999 to improve business results. Before CBS, held international management roles in the US, Europe, India, and Israel, including VP of Projects at Throughput Technologies USA, VP of Sales at Unix Interactive, CEO of Laya Systems Ltd., and Senior VP of Applications at Creative Output Inc. (USA).

Served six years as an active partner at the Goldratt Institute, gaining deep expertise in the Theory of Constraints methodology. Holds a B.Sc. from the Technion, Haifa.

Arie Kadosh

Arie Kadosh

Joined CBS in 2006 to help companies improve the bottom line by shortening project cycles and increasing throughput. Prior to CBS, held management roles in several high-tech companies, including VP of R&D and Projects at Trivnet and Global Commerce Zone, and Head of Software Development and Algorithms at Advanced Recognition Technologies.

Holds several patents and received the Israeli Prime Minister’s Prize for software. Led successful implementations at companies such as Amdocs, Verint, Time to Know, Sigma Designs, and others. Holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science and an M.Sc. with honors from Tel Aviv University.
