Naftali Mastboim
Founded CBS in 1999 to improve business results. Before CBS, he gained international management experience in the US, Europe, India, and Israel, holding roles such as VP of Projects at Throughput Technologies USA, VP of Sales at Unix Interactive, CEO of Liad Systems Ltd., and Senior VP of Implementations at Creative Output Inc. in the US.
He served for six years as an active partner at the Goldratt Institute, where he gained deep expertise in the Theory of Constraints methodology. He holds a BSc from the Technion, Haifa.
Arie Kadosh
Joined CBS in 2006 to help companies improve their bottom line by shortening project cycle times and increasing throughput. Before CBS, he held management positions at several high-tech companies, including VP of R&D and Projects at Trivnet and Global Commerce Zone, and head of software and algorithm development at Advanced Recognition Technologies.
He registered several patents and won the Prime Minister of Israel's Award for Software. He has led successful implementations at companies like Amdocs, Verint, Time to Know, Sigma Designs, and others. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and a master's degree with honors from Tel Aviv University.
