IPA is a short two to three weeks process where we assess the magnitude of improvement your project organization can achieve in a short period of time.
During the analysis, we interview and gather data from several functions within your organization. Using unique analysis tools, we map the frequent undesirable symptoms present in your environment and identify the underlying core problems.
We estimate the accumulated waste that can be eliminated by adopting professional project management solutions that address the core problems.
IPA provides you with an objective screening and review of your project management processes, a clear distinction between core problems and consequential symptoms and an estimate of the improvement potential that you can achieve.
