David Bondi has applied his key strengths in business leadership, strategic outlook and balanced operational management since he joined CBS in 2012. Previously, Mr. Bondi was the Managing Director at DHL and Dun & Bradstreet Israel. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of IKEA Israel, and early in this career was a Senior Analyst at Rotem Strategic Consulting. David holds a BSc in Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Mr. Kadosh joined CBS to help companies improve their bottom line by cutting project cycle time and dramatically increasing throughput. Prior to joining CBS in 2006, Mr. Kadosh served in management positions in a variety of hi-tech companies. He served as VP R&D and Projects at Trivnet and Global Commerce Zone and as Head of Software and Algorithms Development at Advanced Recognition Technologies, during which he registered several patents and received the Israeli Prime Minister’s Software Award. Since joining CBS, Mr. Kadosh led successful deployments in companies such as Amdocs, Verint, Time to Know, Sigma Designs and more. Arie holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and a Master's degree with excellence from the Tel Aviv University.

Founded in 1999 by Tali Mastboim, CBS has been built and developed to help you achieve visible, measurable results, recognizing a pressing need across industries for flawless project execution.
Mr. Blum brings to CBS the skills to lead change management and results in large-scale organizations. Before joining CBS in 2002, he held project management roles in a variety of enterprises including Elisra Systems and ITS. During his military service Mr. Blum led several departments in Mamram, the IDF’s systems development from which he retired as a Lieutenant General. At CBS Mr. Blum has led major implementations for a variety of clients, including the IDF Intelligence, IDF Air Force, Amdocs, Power Design, Israel Aircraft Industry and Orbotech. Mr. Blum completed the IDF’s senior command course and holds a BSc and MSc in Industrial Management.
Tali Mastboim founded CBS in 1999 assisting companies to improve significantly improve their business results. Prior to establishing CBS, he gained international executive experience in the USA, Europe, India and Israel as the VP Projects at Throughput Technologies USA, as VP Sales of Unix Interactive, as CEO of Liad Systems Ltd. and as SVP Implementations at Creative Output Inc. USA. Mr. Mastboim served for 6 years as an active partner in the Goldratt Institute. Mr. Mastboim holds a BSc from the Technion Institute, Haifa.
